Guy’s focus at Alchemy is on investment and leasing activity, including managing relationships with property managers and driving value on standing investments.
Guy started his career in the early 1990s as a central London leasing agent with Farebrother, before specialising in South East offices as a leasing and tenant representation agent, and more latterly as an investment advisor.
After 15 years at CBRE, he moved to work in investment advisory at Deloitte, before forming Alchemy with David in 2012.
