A comprehensive refurbishment completely transformed this tired office building at 10 Midford Place, creating a new offering for the market. Having been let to one tenant for 25 years, the building needed substantial modernisation. A key factor was increasing lettable area, which we achieved by removing a staircase, as well as creating contemporary office floorplates with exposed services and introducing high-quality end-of-journey facilities. External improvements and painting of the façade signposted the considerable change, as the building was brought back to the market for the first time in a quarter of a century.
