An income-producing asset with a moderate level of vacancy, The Forum was tired and old for its years, having suffered from a lack of investment and active asset management. The energy and experience we brought to this scheme, by engaging with tenants, regearing leases and understanding the market meant the individual initiatives we introduced created a result that was far greater than the sum of its parts.

We undertook rolling refurbishment activity across the three multi-let buildings, including a more welcoming arrival experience and reorganised car parking. Crucially, planning permission was secured for a comprehensive mixed-use scheme on 12 acres of vacant land, underpinning the asset’s value upon sale in late 2021.
