6 Mitre Passage was purchased as a recently developed yet unloved asset in 2014. Located next to the O2 in London, we refurbished the reception and let 70% of the building as part of an intensive asset management programme over two years, which produced a strong turnaround. The building sold for over twice the purchase price with modest capital expenditure. More recently, we have introduced educational users to the building and are actively restructuring leases to ensure tenants are able to grow or right-size, ensuring the building has remained 100% let for the past 7 years.
