A speculative, out-of-the ground full redevelopment, Monument Place comprised a brand new 80,000 sq ft striking office scheme in the City of London. We successfully navigated issues with planning, rights to light and archaeology, before gaining consent for a new building 30% bigger than the previous one. Once built it was quickly let and then successfully sold, making outstanding returns for the investor.
