A multi-award-winning £25-million refurbishment and repositioning of an unloved building, Campus, Reading International is an exemplar of a development with strong sustainability credentials, excellent amenity provision and a clear vision for contemporary offices in an out-of-town setting.

The project included a comprehensive refurbishment of all vacant space and common parts, and the introduction of market-leading amenity by way of a state-of-the-art gym and restaurant. Through considered sustainability initiatives, the project secured very high ESG credentials including BREEAM Excellent, EPC B, WiredScore Platinum, ActiveScore Gold, WELL Platinum and WELL Health-Safety.
