We successfully unlocked Frederick House’s considerable potential by negotiating the surrender of the head lease with a firm who’d occupied the building for 25 years, before moving forward with a major refurbishment to modernise the building. Close engagement with the existing tenants meant they all renewed their leases, and the one vacant floor – a Cat A+ refurbishment – was let very quickly at a record rent for the Brighton market, rendering the project a great success.
