The long-term redevelopment potential of this 100,000 sq ft office building is clear, and we’ve been successful with a pre-application to pave the way for a scheme 3.5 times bigger than the current building. We’ve since been advising the owner on both the selective refurbishment of the vacant space and wider redevelopment options. In the meantime, we are asset managing the whole building and engaging with tenants to regear leases where possible. Subsequently provided supporting advice on investment sale to adjacent owner.
