Alchemy is advising a private client on the comprehensive refurbishment of a prime City office building, recently vacated by a single tenant.  We undertook a feasibility study looking at the potential to extend the building as well as to significantly update the external appearance with a stunning new façade incorporating oriel windows with curved glass.  The project also removes outdated M&E and replaces it with all electric heating and cooling in addition to a stunning new roof terrace and pavilion.  Planning consent secured in 2025 and works due to commence in early 2026.
