One Stratford Place

We strategically acquired this prime East London office building above Stratford City Shopping Centre in 2015, aware of the area’s future potential as a growth market over a strategic transport hub. As the location has matured, a refurbishment has transformed the building into a sought-after, contemporary space. By modernising the reception area, introducing a roof terrace and completing a cost-effective refurbishment on the 10th floor – reusing materials including suspended ceiling and raised floors – we’ve elevated the building, while also building close relationships with our tenants and regeared many of their leases.
