We are advising Tristan Capital Partners on two major redevelopments on this central London estate (formerly Holborn Links), modernising and adapting listed buildings to create modern office and retail space. Planning permission was secured in 2023 for the first project, with delivery expected early 2025. The second project is expected to go into planning in late 2023 and be built out thereafter.
