We are delivering two high profile mixed-use developments for Tristan Capital Partners either side of the iconic Sicilian Avenue, WC2. Since 2022, Alchemy has secured planning consent for both schemes and successfully delivered the first phase on time, which completed in May 2025. This phase (21 Southampton Row) is now being marketed with part of the building being offered as fully fitted offices, whilst the second phase (31 Southampton Row) started on site in May 2025 and will complete in summer 2026. Both phases include complicated structural alterations and repairs to these Grade II listed buildings. Between both schemes , we will deliver 68,000sqft of Grade A office space, 15,000sqft of high quality F&B space and 3,400sqft of residential.
