Brighton office portfolio

Alchemy advised Hargreaves Properties on the modernisation of their office portfolio in central Brighton.  Located just two minutes from the station, these six buildings form an important cluster but needed major upgrades to ensure they remained attractive in an increasingly competitive local market.  We explored various options including a communal hub and co-working facilities and then delivered an upgrade to all the common parts, creating stronger arrival experiences, modernised WC’s, new shower facilities and a terrace to one vacant floor.  The works completed in summer 2025.
