Currently retail units with offices above in a heavy red brick block, the site offers the potential for a significant upgrade in terms of massing on the site. We identified an opportunity to engage with the council about the site’s potential, leading to the adoption of the key principles of our pre-app scheme into the adopted masterplan for the town centre.
