This project involved a substantial office refurbishment creating 110,000 sq ft of modern Grade A offices as well as a welcoming reception and entrance, new Caffé Kix, landscaping works and EV charging. The project resulted in excellent leasing velocity and was subsequently sold to an overseas investor, creating excellent returns.
